OSP OSAKA SEALING PRINTING CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) will establish a safety culture and create a safe and comfortable working environment with the recognition that health and safety activities are a top management priority, and ensuring the safety and health of all workers involved in business is the foundation of management.

• The Company recognize that ensuring safety and health is achieved through good communication. We will respect discussions and participation with workers and implement safety and health activities with the participation of all employees.
• Safety and health related laws and other requirements, in-house of the company. We will the Comply with the standards and further improve the level of safety and health management.
• We will properly implement the measures to be taken in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. We aim with workers to continuously improve the level of health and safety.
• Risk assessment will be implemented at all workplaces to prevent occupational accidents.
• The results of stress checks are used to improve the work environment.
• In implementing this policy, the Company will invest appropriate management resources and continuously implement effective improvements.
  In order to recognize and secure the importance of occupational safety and health, we will make this policy widely available not only to those who work at all factories but also to all concerned, and strive to raise awareness of safety and health.

Environmental policy

• Develop products that are environmentally friendly.
• Implement energy-saving and resource-saving measures and develop technologies that help reduce environmental impact.
• Promote waste reduction and resource recycling.
• Disseminate and maintain compliance with relevant laws, regional agreements and other requirements.
• Establish environmental objectives and targets to continuously improve and prevent pollution.

• We will actively promote forest certification labels.
• We will proactively propose products made from recycled materials and plant-derived materials.
• Improve yield and reduce waste.
• We will promote waste separation and recycle.
• Use biomass boilers to reduce waste.
• Actively adopt LED UV to save power.

• We will work to reduce overtime hours in compliance with the 36 Agreement.

Business continuity policy

The Company mainly develops, manufactures and sells various products and services in four fields: seals and labels, Film Package, paper packaging, and labeling systems. If these businesses are suspended, it is expected that there will be a significant impact on customers who use our services and lose their trust. As a business continuity management system (hereinafter referred to as “BCMS”) based on the business continuity policy, we declare to make continuous improvements in response to environmental changes both inside and outside the company.

Privacy Policy

Regarding our privacy policy

OSP has been conducting business activities in an era where we are asked how we are to fulfill our social responsibilities and how we are dealing with legal compliance and business ethics (business ethics). The Personal Information Protection Law was enforced in the face of frequent problems such as leakage of personal information. OSP also handles products that carry personal information. A mechanism to prevent and rectify risks such as unauthorized access to personal information, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of personal information so that customers can make requests for printing that includes personal information to OSP. OSP declares to protect personal information.

• Clarify the purpose of acquisition and use, and handle personal information only within the scope necessary for business. It is limited to use within the scope that has obtained consent at the time of acquisition, and will not be provided to third parties without permission unless required by law.
