OSP can produce small orders by letterpress printing, gravure printing, and digital printing. letterpress printing order is 300~500mm width x 2000m. you can also order shrink products which are small as 1,000m. Production base

There is the vast site film factory in Moji, Kyushu where installed many types of machines to produce film products. Experienced operators manufacture and put their hearts into your film products.

Gravure printing/ Letterpress printing

The products are printed by our proud 9 colors Gravure printing machine and Letterpress printing machine. We can handle small quantities to large quantities orders as customer needs.

Inspection machine for Film

Our inspection machine detects left resin, foreign subjects, holes, deformation, and more defects. We always check our product quality.

Printing Plate facility

There are full automation Gravure and letterpress plate printing lines using resin plate made by computer.
